- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a pint-sized mason jar, mix together the oats, milk, strawberry Greek yogurt, chia seeds, diced strawberries, and if desired, the vanilla protein powder until well combined.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the jar and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least two hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquids and soften.
- Serve and Enjoy: Stir the oats before serving and enjoy your creamy, fruity breakfast straight from the jar or in a bowl.
Notes
- If the mixture is too thick in the morning, stir in an additional 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
