  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Add Potatoes: Place 2 pounds of quartered Yukon gold potatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker evenly.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Cut 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Add Sauces and Cheese: Pour in one 12-ounce bottle of parmesan garlic sauce, add ½ cup of chicken broth, and sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the mixture.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Gently stir everything together until the chicken, potatoes, sauce, and cheese are well combined.
  6. Cook: Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
