- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (228g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Cream Ingredients: With a mixer, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until thoroughly blended and creamy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add this mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix until just incorporated.
- Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Place the cookie dough balls 2 inches apart on parchment-lined cookie sheets to allow for spreading.
- Bake Cookies: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, ensuring the cookies remain soft and just cooked through, adjusting time slightly based on size if needed.
