- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken and marinade: Trim any excess fat from the chicken pieces. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl or a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper) over the chicken. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are well-coated. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour, ideally up to 24 hours, to maximize flavor absorption.
