Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows together, stirring frequently until smooth and fully melted.
- Add Vanilla and Cereal: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Quickly add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Stir in Halloween Mix-ins: Gently fold in the Halloween M&Ms, sprinkles, and candy corn until evenly distributed.
- Press into Pan: Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using hands sprayed with cooking spray, press the mixture down firmly and evenly to flatten.
- Cool and Cut: Allow the treats to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into 16 squares.
