Description

A festive and refreshing Halloween Lime Sherbet Punch that combines green berry blast Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, pineapple juice, and lime sherbet, garnished with gummy worms and gummy eyeballs for a spooky touch. Perfect for holiday parties and easy to prepare in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 gallon green berry blast Hawaiian Punch chilled
  • 2 liter bottle of Sprite chilled
  • 20 ounce juice from pineapple chunks or slices

Sherbet and Garnishes

  • 48 ounces (½1 container) lime green sherbet
  • Gummy worms for garnishing
  • Gummy eyeballs for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Combine liquids: In a large punch bowl, pour in the chilled green berry blast Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix the liquids together evenly.
  2. Add sherbet: Use an ice cream scooper to add scoops of lime green sherbet on top of the punch bowl mixture. The sherbet will begin to break down but should float well on the surface, creating a creamy, fizzy effect.
  3. Garnish and serve: Arrange gummy worms and gummy eyeballs on top of the sherbet. Serve the punch immediately for best visual and taste experience.

Notes

  • Store any leftover punch in the fridge; carbonation will reduce but flavor remains great. Add extra soda to restore fizz if desired.
  • When draining pineapple juice, open the can just enough to pour without letting pineapple chunks fall out.
  • Do not serve with ice, as the sherbet sufficiently chills the punch and ice interferes with its texture.
  • Place gummy worms and eyeballs on larger sherbet scoops to help them stay afloat longer before sinking.
  • Food coloring can be added to intensify the punch’s green color.
