Description

A spooky and delicious Ghost S’mores Dip featuring melted semi-sweet chocolate and ghost-shaped marshmallows baked to golden perfection, served warm with graham crackers for dipping. Perfect for Halloween parties or fun gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 bag ghost marshmallows (or 4 packages ghost Peeps)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, warmed
  • Mini chocolate chips, for ghost eyes
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare skillet: Preheat oven to 450°. In the bottom of a 9-inch ovenproof skillet, baking dish, or pie dish, spread out the chocolate chips evenly and pour the warmed heavy cream on top.
  2. Add marshmallows and decorate: Cover the chocolate and cream mixture completely with a single layer of ghost marshmallows. Place mini chocolate chips over the eyes and mouth areas of the marshmallows to create facial features.
  3. Bake until golden: Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the chocolate has melted and the ghost marshmallows are golden brown.
  4. Serve warm: Remove from oven and serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • Use a 9-inch ovenproof skillet or baking dish for even cooking and easy serving.
  • Warming the heavy cream slightly before adding helps the chocolate melt smoothly.
  • If you can’t find ghost marshmallows, regular marshmallows work fine; simply add mini chocolate chips to create faces.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the gooey melted chocolate and soft marshmallows.
  • For a fun twist, try adding crushed graham crackers to the melted chocolate before topping with marshmallows.
