- 1.5 cups chicken broth

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
- Prepare Aromatics: Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is soft and transparent, about 5 minutes.
- Add Chipotle Powder: Stir in the chipotle powder and cook for an additional minute to release its smoky flavor.
- Create Sauce Base: Add the pumpkin purée, chicken broth, salt, and freshly cracked pepper to the skillet, stirring until the mixture is smooth and combined.
- Simmer Sauce: Reduce heat to medium-low and allow the sauce to simmer uncovered for 15 minutes to develop depth and thicken slightly.
- Cook Pasta: While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain in a colander.
- Finish Sauce: Lower the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream to enrich the sauce.
