Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved and ingredients are well combined. Reserve 1/4 cup of this marinade for later use.
- Marinate Chicken: Place the chicken tenders in a gallon-sized ziplock bag and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Grill Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard used marinade. Grill the chicken over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is cooked through.
- Brush with Reserved Marinade: While grilling, brush the chicken on both sides with the reserved 1/4 cup marinade to enhance the flavor and create a sticky glaze.
- Serve: Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the sweet and tangy grilled chicken as a main course.
